EMCEL FILTERS LIMITED

The Company was formed in 1957 under the name of Machine Control Limited to produce air filters to meet the needs of the fast growing electronics, air conditioning and process engineering industries. The Company introduced and patented many innovative filter designs, which were marketed under the general product name of EMCEL Filters. In 1993 to consolidate our corporate image and to improve customer awareness, the Company name was logically changed to EMCEL FILTERS LIMITED. This, we believe, makes us the longest established, independent, air filter manufacturer in the UK.

Today the Company employs a dedicated workforce, blending local manufacturing skills with a team of fully qualified scientists, chemists and engineers. EMCEL is committed to a constant product design and development programme to combat the ever-changing pollution problems that arise in the complex world of air filtration.
