Activated Carbon Filter Unit - Considerable attention and
emphasis has been placed on the catering industry in recent years
to provide a comfortable and odour free environment. To meet these
requirements the Katercarb filter unit has been designed and developed
by EMCEL.
Special grades of carbon are incorporated within the filter to
efficiently remove food and catering odours, especially those generated
by onions, garlic and other strong spices. A grease filter plus
pre-filter pad protect the carbon filter cells from grease saturation
and dust contamination
