Pollutant gas monitoring, when combined with the carbon filter life prediction service, provides assurance that the required post filtration levels of the main pollution gases are being achieved.

Carbon filter life prediction service

After a period of time activated carbon cells will become saturated by any odour, gas and chemical vapour contaminants and will require replacement in order to maintain the filtration efficiency of the carbon cell. The EMCEL Carbon Life Prediction Service identifies the optimum filter cell replacement point.
This service involves the laboratory comparison of the carbon when fresh, to that of the carbon from a part used cell. Please contact the Emcel Technical Sales Team for full details.
